Rebranding an established, independent property management agent
Glenthorne Properties had just moved to a new office near Putney bridge and felt it was time to relook at their branding at the same time. It was agreed that an evolutionary approach should be pursued and that the roofline element should be retained. The brief also included redesigning all client communications as well as the shopfront and internal signage.
Brand identity and communications for a independent property management agent
Our development role
Brand consultancy Brand workshop Logo design Brochure & leaflet design Shopfront design Signage
Following interviews with senior Glenthorne staff we were provided brand insights and future aspirations for the business. Once the core identity had been approved we managed the process of applying the identity to business stationery and client presentation
folder all of which used foil embossing and debossing to create a really special feel. We also worked to support the development of the shopfront and internal signage by working closely with The Sussex Sign Company.
Glenthorne’s new branding has helped them to achieve key business objectives on growth and established them as a leading property agent in Putney alongside some strong competition. The client have integrated the new branding into every touchpoint
ensuring that as an independent business they are perceived as a strong brand focussing on providing a high level of service with strong corporate values as their foundation.
“Neujuice were diligent in getting to know our company and in gaining a clear understanding of our company needs. They applied creative insight, energy and a professional work ethic to help us achieve our aspirations for Glenthorne”
